Sunbeam has a limited Returns and Exchanges Policy
Sunbeam will Acknowledge returns only if there are manufacturing defects or if the goods have been damaged in transportation. Such issues SHOULD be notified via Email (sunbeamsfashion@gmail.com) with proper photos of damages/defects within 48 hours of receipt of product, failing which Sunbeam would not be liable for returns or exchanges.
Sunbeam will initiate a return/ refund within 7 days of receiving such items back.
Reproduction of colors is as accurate as possible although please note that there might be slight variation of color of the actual product and the color displayed on your screen due to resolution and photography effects. This cannot be subject to return of products.
Leather is a natural material. Minor scratches, spots and marks are natural properties of leather that accentuates its beauty. These are not treated as defects.
Some of our accessories have prints on them that are exclusively made for us and Printed by skilled artisans by hand. Slight variation might occur in different parts or patches, which cannot be controlled.
Over Time, Some of the metal hardware used on the accessories might lose their shine, colour due to usage and varied weather conditions. These changes are due to the usage by the customer and cannot be held against the brand for a return/ refund/ repair.
